Our Intake Process

Here is a sneak peak into our process and what you can expect in our first few interactions.

We proudly serve clients throughout the Lake Norman area, including Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Troutman, Denver, Statesville, Kannapolis, China Grove, and Concord.

  • After you contact us, our team will reach out within one business day to learn more about you and your project. From there, we'll set up an inspiration appointment to get acquainted and explore your vision.

  • Next, we schedule your Design Starter Session, a working appointment where one of our designers visits your space to walk through your project and offer design direction. Whether you ultimately hire us for full execution or choose to pick our brains, take meticulous notes, and run with the project yourself, you will walk away with a wealth of actionable information.

    This is 90 minute paid appointment.

    Investment: $499 This fee applies to clients within the Lake Norman area (travel fees apply outside this region). If you choose to partner with Great Design 4 U for our comprehensive design services, this fee will be fully credited toward your flat-rate design package.

  • Once we determine that we are a perfect fit, we officially initiate your project by solidifying your exact scope of work. During this step, we establish and present your flat-rate design fee, sign a Letter of Agreement, and process your initial invoice.

  • With the logistics seamlessly finalized, we secure your spot on our master schedule and book your official first design meeting to begin bringing your vision to life.cription
