Our studio is featured in LUXE Interiors + Design, Influential Women of Design, Southeast. A magazine page on its own does not tell you much, so here is what the feature actually shows.
The work that sits behind the feature is a Lake Norman transformation you can see in our portfolio, the Withers Drive project. It is the kind of project I care most about: a home that needed to work differently, not just look different. The rooms were rethought around the people who live in them, the way mornings move through the house, the way guests gather, the way the lake light comes in. Nothing in it was chosen for a photograph. Everything in it was chosen for a Tuesday.
I have been designing for nearly 30 years, and the thing I have learned in that time is that a beautiful room is not the hard part. The hard part is a room that still feels right three years later, when the grandchildren are taller and the routines have changed again. That is the standard I hold our studio to, on every project, whether it is a whole home or a single room refresh.
Thank you to LUXE Interiors + Design for featuring our work, and thank you to the clients who trust us with their homes. If you want to see the work itself, the Withers Drive transformation is in our portfolio, and it says more than I can here.
