Swanky Lounge
One of our international clients hired us to provide an exclusive and custom but relaxed, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. Using luxury materials ensured that we nailed the upscale feel and durable quality to the lounge that will survive for years to come.
The client hired us to provide comfortable bar seating and an area for small groups to relax and enjoy a nice drink and good conversation. We needed to allow a few areas for clientele to enjoy their lunch or utilize tables as a workspace. All while enjoying the views of the more sophisticated features this beautiful lounge has to offer, such as a rare collection of wines and spirits, a library of intriguing books, a contemporary fireplace, and nano doors that open to an ample patio space (not shown) overlooking a lake.
We were very detail-oriented, from the choice of doors to the curved staircase design highlighting the beautiful wine cellar. These elements give way to a charming yet luxurious atmosphere. We are confident that the businessmen and women utilizing the space will feel comfortable entertaining associates or meeting with colleagues to discuss strategies.

A little about this project…
When a thriving senior living community needed a refresh, new management approached Great Design 4 U. A fresher, more up-to-date, and cheerful atmosphere was requested for their wonderful residents. We were enthusiastic to take on the project. Working within a set budget and time frame, we could revive the space, giving it a more useful and inviting vibe to transform the following spaces:
Lobby/Entry
Private Dining/Conference Room
Sunroom/Sitting Room
Coffee Lounge
Meeting Room for Prospective Residents
Dining Room (removing the “cafeteria” feel)
